Mobile Meals Driver
(Food delivery to seniors and the homebound)
Requirements:
Must make a weekly 1 hour commitment
Age 18 and over
Your own car with insurance
Days and hours: M, T, TH, F: 4pm-6pm
Receptionist
Requirements:
Answer phones at the Samaritan House Administrative Offices
Days and hours: M,T,W,TH, F: 8:30am-5:30pm (select a day and time that works for you).

Are you licensed to drive in California? We need drivers to pick up food donations and to deliver meals to the homebound.

We need volunteers who are good at data entry, greeting clients, answering the phone, word processing, filing, and/or general office duties.

Teaching English as a Second Language
We need bi-lingual people to teach English to non-English speakers.

Assisting with our special fundraising event
For our annual fundraising event, we need the assistance of many volunteers. You might like to assist with planning, theme, decorations, ticket sales, auction donations, poster distribution, mailings, and more.

During November and December Samaritan House needs many volunteer to help distribute food and toys.

Junior volunteers
Volunteers under 18 years of age are welcome! Volunteers under 14 years of age must be directly supervised by a parent or guardian. Volunteers ages 14 through 17 must have one parent or guardian for every three volunteers.
